Most our extensions are ionCube encoded and require free ionCube loader to be installed on the server.

You can check if the loaders are installed by accessing the System Info in the Joomla! Backend. Click "PHP information" and search for the word "ioncube" in the browser (Ctrl + F). If you found any matches - the loaders are installed.

Otherwise please ask your hosting provider to install the loaders, usually it is free and fast.
