can MightySites handle different categories and items for different subdomains for K2? Can also handle different forums for subdomains?

The kunena forum thing could be done.
Store the forum on your master site, then in the template of your slave site use menus that link to the catergorys you want only for that site. Thats what im going to try - will that work? CEO and Founder of www.localtradeclub.com

Yes, this can work, so forum's index page will display a certain category, but not all categories.
