Can you tell me if this ugrade procedure is correct?

1) Upgrade phpbb3 from 3.0.5 to 3.0.6
2) Install jprosilver template for phpbb3 3.0.6
3) Remove and install p8pbb 1.3

It's correct?

Yes, but:
3) Just install it again, no need to de-install. It will be auto-updated.

Don't forget to refresh jprosilver template, imageset and theme in phpBB.
